I am absolutely pooped! I went to three hospitals today and applied for jobs to which I'm qualified. I should be getting word from them in about two weeks or so. Pray for me, k?
I don't like this weather at all. It's so hot, it drains my energy, and I'm always thirsty! Spring seems to have come and gone without me knowing it. It sucks coz it's my favorite season of all. What's happening to this world? Is this El Nino Phenomenon, or is it the effect of our depleted ozone layer? Quite scary if you ask me.
I think today was my first time to go o the heart of New Brunswick in the middle of the afternoon. If it weren't for the traffic, I'd have to say that it was quite nice. The city is bustling with different kinds of people. I thought it would be interesting to sit somewhere in the middle of it all, under the shade of course, and just watch the passers-by. But then it's still way too hot out there for me.
By the way, I learned yesterday that my half sister, Trish, got accepted in Syracuse University for her graduate studies. I'm peeved!! As mean as it may sound, I really don't want her here! She's a real *itch. Oh, and I also found out that her tuition's around 40 grand. I'm telling you, she'll eat my dad alive. She will take everything my dad's got. And because of my dad's guilt (As I mentioned before), he won't say no. And you know what, my mom won't have the balls to speak up or defend me either. Hmm, let's just wait and see how my dad is going to afford that. It should be interesting, I tell ya.
By the way, I really appreciate those nice comments that have been posted in my tagboard and my guestbook. Thanks loads for taking out the time to express your words of support for me. I'd like to give each and every one of you a {{hug}} and *muahzz*.
