2002-03-13 - 1:45 p.m. I'm supposed to be in class right now, but I didn't go. =( The weather's so crappy and I don't have an umbrella. Haha, I know it's not good enough of an excuse. Let's just say that the sound of the rain made me want to sleep in and stay in my cozy bed a little too longer than I had hoped.
I finished the whole season 2 of Sex and the City last night. I absolutely love it. It's funny and witty at the same time. Oh and Mr. Big's so handsome! I couldn't help but think though, the women in that show seem to be members of an attenuated tax bracket. I mean they have such nice Prada dresses all the time. Even Carrie, who's only supposed to be a humble writer, can afford to buy a pair of $400 shoes. I wonder now, how could it be that so many people find themselves relating to them so much? Hmmm. Maybe I have yet to see how it really is out there in the real world. Maybe in the future I'll find out that the show's representation of being a single woman, living on her own in the city is actually accurate. If so, I can't wait. Then again, I can't be that naive, eh?
