Boy oh boy!! I am unbelievably exhausted. That I.T. exam I took was pretty tough. I think I did terribly. *:sweatdrop:* I’m glad it’s over. It's kind of comforting to think that the exam is only 15% of my grade. Even Paul said it was difficult. That's really scary coming from him you know. He's so smart! Last week, we were in the computer lab trying to work on our project. We had to write a program in java that acts as a mini server, kind of. It was so hard to keep up with him coz I was still trying to THINK of possible ways to code it, and he was already TYPING it down. I was just like – RIIGHT! But anyway, I decided today that I’m going to study & work real hard now. I’ve been slacking off the past couple of weeks, and I don’t like it one bit. No matter what crap I have to deal with, there’s no excuse for not doing my work. It’s my future that’s on the line. Arggh! It’s just so easy to wander off and do something else, something more fun, you know?
Speaking of 'fun', it seems like this day is one of my lucky days (Hopefully it doesn't rub off). Since I haven't slept yet, I don't exactly know whether to consider it as part of yesterday or part of today. Around 1AM, I was playing a game of Monopoly on games.com. Guess what? I won!! Whee! hahaha. It's not like it was a cheap shot coz I finished with 9 big Gs + all the properties too (If only it were true)! This makes me really happy because my win rate is low and I was playing against someone who had a better rate. Note to self: Buy some lottery tix.
By the way, that site is highly-recommended if you like playing games online. They have some of the old school games that will always rule. It all started when my sister, Chay, was talking about it casually. For some reason, it stayed within the realms of my subconscious and sometime last week I just went to check it out. I've been going back everyday since. It's loads of fun! Wow, did I just give games.com a free advert or what? Hmmm..
